LDMGA Board Meeting

August 10th, 2005

Lake Doster Clubhouse

Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M.

Members Present: Fred Greaves, Don Ampersee, Steve Henderson, Jack Kellogg

Marlin Kleckner, Steve Sleeman, Jerry Bray, Bill Mason, Del VanBruggan

Members Absent: Rick Zane, Steve Henderson

Par Five Present: None

The Secretary's Report was approved

The Treasurer's Report: Jerry Bray reports that we are up to 115 paid members,

5 honorary members and 90 league members. Our cash balance is $6847.

Updates: John Light reports that the Club Championship went well and is close

to being completed.

Jack Kellogg reports the there were 16 players entered in the blue tee scratch

division and 32 in the white tee handicap division.

Old Business: We will have to purchase a computer that can handle Windows

XP and a touch screen. We are planning a fund raising event to come up with

the funds. If anyone has knowledge in this area and wants to help, please let

a Board Member know.

New Business: The Board has decided that playing conditions warrant playing

preferred lies for the Senior Member Member and the Member Member. Definitions

will be included in the rules of the events.

Next Board Meeting: September 14th, 2005 in the Clubhouse at 7:30 P.M.
