LDMGA Board Meeting
April 12th, 2006
Lake Doster Clubhouse

Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M.

Members Present: Fred Greaves, Don Ampersee, Jack Kellogg, Jerry Bray
Del VanBruggan, John Light, Steve Henderson, Steve Sleeman,
Tom Jacobs, Greg DeWard

Members Absent: Rick Zane, Marlin Kleckner

Par Five Present: None

The Secretary's Report was approved

The Treasurer's Report: Jerry Bray reports that we have a cash balance of $367 after
paying for the new computer. We have had one hole in one already this year by
Ray Kuehl. It is yet to be determined if the Association will have enough money left
at the end of the year to pay for the Fall Banquet. We felt that it would be better to
ask the members fo pay for the banquet than to raise the dues this year. The report
was approved.

Computer:
The new computer was installed with a touch screen. The computer was tampered with
last weekend, but is up and running again.

Chairman Needed:
Steve Sleeman and Fred Greaves will chair the Member-Member. Steve Henderson will
chair the Fall Classic. We are still looking for someone to chair the Club Championship.

New Business:

The tee shirt open date has been changed to May 21st.

The USGA has said that distance measuring devices could be permitted if a local rule was
adopted. The Board voted to not make such a local rule. Therefore distance measuring
devices remains contrary to the Rules.

Next meeting is Wednesday May 10th at 7:30 in the Clubhouse.
