Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M. |

The Secretary's Report was approved |
|||||||
The Treasurer's Report: Jerry Bray reports that we ended 2007 with a cash |
|||||||
balance of $499. We have 41 paid members with 37 in the league and a |
|||||||
balance of $3412. |
|||||||
Old Business: |
|||||||
Bloody Mary: We discussed changing the Bloody Mary format for next year |
|||||||
in an effort to increase participation. |
|||||||
Mixed Events: We are still looking for someone to Chair the Sunday Mixed |
|||||||
Events. Please contact Steve Henderson if you are interested. |
|||||||
New Business: |
|||||||
2008 Information Manuals: In a cost cutting effort, we will not print as many |
|||||||
manuals as in years past. Scott Rachel will help Marlin Kleckner and send |
|||||||
them out as Emails. |
|||||||
Golfer of the Year: There was a discussion about eliminating the Golfer of |
|||||||
the Year program. The Board voted to keep the program as is. |
|||||||
Marking the Course: It looks like many of the markers on the course have |
|||||||
been knocked down or are missing. The Handicap Committee will work on |
|||||||
getting them back in place. |
|||||||
Schedule Changes: Last Saturdays Event has been rescheduled for this Saturday, | |||||||
4-19. The Tee Shirt Open Mixed Event has been moved from June 1st to June 8th. | |||||||
The Saturday Event scheduled for October 11 has been moved to October 18th. | |||||||
New Members: Scott Rachel has some ideas for adding members that |
|||||||
include inviting players from the leagues that play at Lake Doster to play |
|||||||
in a Saturday event. Anyone interested in helping Scott with this effort, |
|||||||
please contact him. |
